4. How do I clean my footwear?
In general we recommend the following guidelines for cleaning the footwear: Cleaning: on a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off.
Drying: Open footwear fully, remove the insole and laces and dry at room temperature. Never expose to heat!
Conditioning: Recommended treatment depends on construction and materials of the footwear (most treatments do alter color and appearance).
It is recommended to purchase footwear care products from our company operated outlets for best results and durability.

Follow the following simple steps to place an order:
- Select the desired article to go to its respective page.
- Select the desired size and color, if applicable, from the option on the right.
- Once the desired size and color are selected, click add to cart button on the right.
- The article will be added to the cart. Follow Steps 1 to 3 to add more articles to the cart if required.
- Once you have added all the desired articles in the Cart, click on the Cart Button on the top right to View Cart or Checkout.
- Once you click Checkout, you will be directed to the Customer Information, Shipping Details and Payment Method Page. Fill in your details and check the Save Information for Next Time box to save information for faster checkout on your next purchase. You can also create an account to save all your information, history and get access to latest promotions, offers and information.
- Once you click Complete Order, you will be sent an Order Confirmation Email and SMS. Click on the verification link in the SMS to confirm your order.
6. Do I need to set up an account for placing order?
No, you don’t need to set up an account to place an order. However, setting up an account will enable faster check-outs since all your information will be stored.

7. What methods of payments do you accept?
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

8. How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once you have placed the order, you will get a confirmation SMS and an email with your verification link to confirm your order. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you the next working day for verification of your order and shipment details. Once your details are verified by our Customer Service Representative, your order will be processed and dispatched to you within seven (07) working days. In case the Customer Service Representative cannot reach you for verification for three (03) consecutive working days, your order will be cancelled.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order at the time of verification call from the Customer Service Representative. However, once the order is verified and booked by the Customer Service Representative, you cannot change/amend your order.

10. From where will I get the order?
Your order will be delivered to you via courier service at the shipping address mentioned in the Customer Information Section at the time of the checkout.

11. How can I be removed from your mailing list?
Subscription to our mailing list is a means for us to stay connected with you and provide you with the latest news, promotions and offers. However, if at any point in time, you wish to remove yourself from the mailing list, you can easily do it by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the end of the emails you receive from CAT Footwear.

13. My size is not available, what should I do?
We continually strive to make all designs and sizes available to you. However, due to high demand, some sizes run out of stock. In case, your size is not available on the online store, you can check your size availability from our company operated outlets located nearest to you. Store Manager of your nearest store will assist you in acquiring your desired size from any of our branches located all over Pakistan.
