4. How do I clean my footwear?
In general we recommend the following guidelines for cleaning the footwear: Cleaning: on a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off.
Drying: Open footwear fully, remove the insole and laces and dry at room temperature. Never expose to heat!
Conditioning: Recommended treatment depends on construction and materials of the footwear (most treatments do alter color and appearance).
It is recommended to purchase footwear care products from our company operated outlets for best results and durability.

No, you don’t need to set up an account to place an order. However, setting up an account will enable faster check-outs since all your information will be stored.

8. How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once you have placed the order, you will get a confirmation SMS and an email with your verification link to confirm your order. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you the next working day for verification of your order and shipment details. Once your details are verified by our Customer Service Representative, your order will be processed and dispatched to you within seven (07) working days. In case the Customer Service Representative cannot reach you for verification for three (03) consecutive working days, your order will be cancelled.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order at the time of verification call from the Customer Service Representative. However, once the order is verified and booked by the Customer Service Representative, you cannot change/amend your order.

13. My size is not available, what should I do?
We continually strive to make all designs and sizes available to you. However, due to high demand, some sizes run out of stock. In case, your size is not available on the online store, you can check your size availability from our company operated outlets located nearest to you. Store Manager of your nearest store will assist you in acquiring your desired size from any of our branches located all over Pakistan.

14. How do I write a Product Review or Rate a Product?
To write a review for any particular product, go to that product’s page and scroll down to the “Ratings and Review” Section. Click on the “Write a Review” button to write your review and give rating to the Product Review and give rating to the product.
